Whether websites, apps, or interactive products — your concepts, prototypes, and wireframes inspire users. A solid understanding of user experience and modern digital technologies form the basis for your work.
Not only do you conduct usability tests and develop interactive prototypes, you also analyze user behavior in order to derive targeted improvements. You are the central contact person in every project team when it comes to user experience and accompany the projects from start to finish.
You not only passionately advocate your ideas within the team, but you can also present them to customers — always with the goal of achieving the best result together. Your understanding of user needs and your ability to transform their wishes into well-thought-out solutions make all the difference.
What you bring to the table:
- Analysis and definition of target groups
- Planning, conducting, and evaluating usability tests, surveys, and user interviews
- Creation of flowcharts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Advising our customers on creative solution processes
- Documentation of user interfaces
- Analysis of user behavior and derivation of optimization measures
- Close collaboration in a cross-functional team and with project stakeholders
- Rapid implementation of prototypes
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in the conception and UX design of digital projects
- Knowledge of current user experience standards
- Comprehensive understanding of modern web requirements and digital projects
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating usability tests, surveys, and user interviews
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of technical processes in web development
- Confident use of prototyping tools such as Figma
- Team player with a cooperative approach to work
- Excellent German language skills
- Very good English skills
